Below see two new paintings added to my inventory of works on paper for Flat File Friday. Continuing my explorations of mark making using light and dark notes for depth and dimension creating pattern and elegant movement around the composition. I have been making small works on paper exclusively for nearly four months and soon will return to the studio and begin some larger oil on canvas paintings. I very much look forward to this new work and using some of the ideas that I have been developing small scale.
