Paintings, pigment on a support, abstract artwork

After a few days of prep and studio organization I did some painting. Life has been hectic days of documentation and rearranging with work everywhere the workspace is a bit chaotic. According to the Health app I climbed 31 floors carrying twenty chairs and other things for a total of 11,218 steps, bringing outdoor furniture up for the summer, it’s spring so things need to come out.

I un-stretched two 40” squarish paintings rolled and packed with works on paper for fedex. Still documenting work, all on my feet which were aching last night and i stopped at nine pm when normally would work till midnight. With that said I’ve a lot of gratitude to be healthy and motivated, hopefully always continuing the practice of being in the moment, aware of how I hold myself, straight up, erect posture.

We started watching The Heist about the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, Art Theft. Riveting but slow. It seems four episodes could have been two. But look forward to seeing more. It is very upsetting that the thieves cut the paintings out of the frames. They should pay for that alone.

A leaf just dropped from a potted plant making a clacking, crisp sound as it hit the hard wood floor.
